Why don’t I see pricing Online?
Each and every quote is custom, based on the scope of the project, material add-ons (such as coating) and shipping. If you are consistently printing a handful of materials, we are happy to create a custom cost sheet for you.
Is shipping included or an extra fee?
Contrary to other printers, we always include Ground shipping, anywhere in the country. The only exception is very heavy materials, more than 150 pounds, as these must go freight. We can still include freight shipping costs in some cases which we will review with you upon quoting.
What is your standard print turn-around?
Our standard turn-around is 3 business days after proof approval to leaving the warehouse. When we can expedite this turn-around, we certainly will at no additional cost to you. If you have a very large print with special finishing, this timing may be 4 or more days.
Do you have design capabilities?
We can likely make small changes to your artwork to help make the process quicker and seamless. We also work with a 3rd party designer who can create your artwork from scratch or help you re-work existing files if the changes are complicated.
Can you install materials too?
We work with installers every day, but our capabilities will depend on your location. We install car wraps, billboard vinyl, construction fence graphics, banners and adhesive materials.
How does proofing work?
All print jobs are processed once you approve a PDF proof. Digital proofs are intended for layout purposes only; if you require a color match, we recommend an on-press proof (OPP) that we ship directly to you for your review and approval. You can also mail us a match proof to match when we print the OPP for you, for even better color matching.
How do I submit artwork?
You may upload directly to our FTP (see “client resources”), send a link or email your file if small enough.
